French Animation


In Paris I picked up a DVD of classic French animation Le Roi et L'oiseau by Paul Grimault. Amazing film - the background layouts are incredible & the characters quite unique. Highly recommended.

I catched the movie on a local TV channel, one sunday at8pm.I guess they were just filling the empty hours when no one watch TV :)

it's one of the prefered movies of miyazaki...it s beautiful movie don 't forget the dialog from jacques prevert it s one of the best french poet from the 20 century...it s a big help for the creativity and the mood of the movie..
there are very great things for the eyes on your blog...
