I'm packing up my blog & moving south for the winter. I'm heading to
Nice to storyboard on a top secret film project. Leaving wet & windy Paris behind for the beaches & palm trees of the Riviera. When I'm not drawing I'll be perfecting my Cary Grant impression in the casinos of
Monte Carlo. Ciao for now.
Adieu, mon ami! Bon voyage!
ReplyDeleteBeauty of a sketch Matt, as always. Somehow, though; that McDonald's sign just doesn't belong on such a beautiful looking street.

ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for the comments & feedback everyone. I had a crazy, hectic summer in Paris & now I,m in Nice, things are a lot slower! It's still sunny here, I was swimming in the sea on November 1st!
ReplyDeleteWe start work at the new studio next week so we'll be furiously drawing through the winter. It'll be like storyboard hibernation & we'll emerge in the spring bleary eyed but with the first cut of the movie.
Now I'm off to visit all your blogs before my 1 hour is up in this internet cafe. A plus!
Very nice picture. I felt as if I were myself strolling along the street.
