On a quick stay in Columbus, Ohio I sketched the facade of the cavernous Book loft on 3rd St in German Village.
Airport drawings are usually so staid and boring I tried to have a bit of fun with them on this trip.
Over Labor Day weekend we had a day in the sun at the SF Yacht Club (which is actually across the Bay at Tiburon)

Your work is very inspiring! Every drawing that you make captures the mood of each place, person, and even any inanimate object. You do it with such finesse and simplicity that you use each stroke and just the right amount of detail to capture the action then you leave the audience to fill in the rest. This makes viewers connect so well with your drawings.
Your work is what inspired me to sketch on site and really take in all my surroundings. I try to learn from the simplicity you use to capture the feel of anything. I am also going to be taking a gesture drawing class that will be taught by Alex Woo and Louis Gonzales on schoolism.com. I am very excited to take this class! It is probable that you know them since you are a Story Artist at Pixar, which I think is such an amazing and very important role in the production pipeline.
