More from the Gesture Class under the tutelage of Master Woo.  I'm inspired to keep pushing by Alex and fellow students, none more so than animator Terry Song-this guy's gesture sketches are KILLER!

  3. Last night I dreamt that you and Boris played the part of a king in a film version "The Lord of the Rings". Boris played the part of the king when he was alive and you played the part of the corpse of the king. You had to remain motionless for a loooong time, so you asked for more money. Boris complained about this and said that you were not even blonde. Well....Welcome to my dreams.

  4. Nori & CrowPie- thanks, you're welcome.

Oscar - I'm happy to be part of your dreams even if I have to share them with Boris. Did you wake up in a little wet patch?

  8. Hey Matt,
I always love your the simplicity and clarity of your gesture drawings. You always make it look super easy!

Also, thanks for sharing the links to Terry and Alex's blogs. I had never seen their work before and it is also very inspiring. I don't have a drawing class available at my work but I just signed up for a night class which starts this week. All these incredible drawings are definitely getting me pumped!

I'm liking the new "JONES" photo-which idiot took that picture? I seem to remember a lively afternoon ensued.
